Ohio's Farm Bill Forum for Limited Resource and Beginner Farmers

Ohio’s Farm Bill Forum for Limited Resource and Beginner Farmers took place on March 22, 2003, at the Clinton County USDA Service Center. It was a huge success. Over 70 farmers were in attendance. There were limited resource and beginner farmers from Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana in attendance.

USDA sponsoring agencies included NRCS, FSA, Risk Management Agency (RMA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), as well as ODNR’s Division of Soil and Water Conservation and the Ohio Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts. Each agency discussed their various programs and services.
