Disabled Veterans Emphasis Program

Disabled Veterans Program Mission:

The Disabled Veteran Special Emphasis Program Manager (DVSEPM) advises the State Conservationist on matters affecting employment and advancement of desirable employees statewide. The DVSEPM provides assistance to all veterans in understanding their rights and options regarding Federal employment and related issues. This program is directed at assuring that All Veterans have the full measure of equal program participation and employment in Federal services.
