Ohio National Engineering Manual (NEM)
  Transmittal Sheets

It is a common practice in Ohio to print the transmittal sheets on green paper for filing in the hard copy of the NEM.  The transmittal sheet will indicate the Subject, Purpose, Effective Date, and the Filing Instructions for the supplement.

The following documents require Adobe Acrobat for viewing and/or printing.
