Contracting

• All solicitations for jobs (construction, appraisers, TechPro's etc.) over $25,000.00 are posted in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) and can be downloaded. NRCS does not distribute paper copies of solicitations any longer. Site showing information for construction contracts is listed on the last page of Section L in each solicitation.
• Contracts under $100,000 are mandatory set asides for small business. For construction contracts, a company's receipts for the past three years would be over $28.5 million dollars. The information is listed in Section L of each solicitation. Any size business can download a solicitation however, the government can only award to a small business.
