NRCS NATIONAL ENGINEERING HANDBOOK (NEH) PART 642, SPECIFICATIONS FOR
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING
NEH Part 642 is a complete replacement for National Engineering Handbook
Section 20. These specifications are used primarily for PL-566 projects
and other larger (non-CO-01) projects.
